If you’ve ever watched an old American sitcom and thought to yourself, “I could use a giant burger and a milkshake at a diner right now”, you’re not the only one. Alas, with the shortage of actual American diners in the UAE, we’ve never been able to fully accomplish that particular craving.
To our rescue, following its huge success in New York, Black Tap is opening its first branch in the Middle East; serving up traditional and innovative takes on the all American burger.
Crafty F&B
A concept based around craft burgers and craft beverages, Michelin starred chef Joe Isidori is the master mind behind its menu, cooking up a unique style of burger made from carefully sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection.
Black Tap exudes a laid-back, casual vibe, with its design paying homage to the classic American diner but with a modern take – chic, special and familiar.
The burger and shake institution promises the same blend of quality produce and great cooking with creatively crafted burgers and revolutionary milkshakes at the helm.
