The National Geographic Moments Awards supports budding photographers, calling on them to share stories through their cameras with a single image based on a theme and inspired moment.
It gives them an opportunity to display their best work and master their craft for a chance to catch the eye of potential clients.
You don’t have to be a DSLR owner to enter – images from smartphones and other technology was welcomed in this edition.
The competition was organized in partnership with Al Marai for the fourth year in a row.
