One of the region’s most underrated but high value fashion brands, MAX Fashions, showcased its Summer/Ramadan 2015 collection at the Ritz Carlton hotel, DIFC on June 10, 2015.
Unlike, it’s sister company, Splash fashion, which throws fashion show every season, this was Max’s first fashion show.
Set against a backdrop of the exotic island of Mykonos, where the retail giant’s summer campaign was shot, attendees swayed to the soothing sounds of waves lapsing to the shore as they were transformed to the island themselves. In true grandeur form, the catwalk was live streamed across Max’s social media pages so that fans all over the world could enjoy the latest display of styles from Max.
So, what to look to for:
The MAX summer collection brings a crisp clean feel with lots of white. White on white is the latest trend giving numerous silhouettes a clean fresh feel. The smarter collections remain classic with the ever-trendy monochrome trend that carries through from previous seasons. This season however, Max revives the 70’s essence of boho chic as well. MAX honors the holy month of Ramadan with a separate collection that encapsulates the grandeur of this season with a majestic series of styles.
