The Monte Carlo export Sass Café is launching an Arabic night, Mazzika, every Tuesday, starting December 20 with Lebanese musician Joe Ashkar.
Under Sass Cafe’s red chandeliers, traditional belly dancers and live percussionists will circulate the room, to combine the headiness of Jazz and intimacy of Arabia.
It promises to be an evening filled with regional glamor, frivolity and signature Mediterranean cuisine with Arabic fusion dishes.
MTV Music award winner, Joe Ashkar, will be kicking off Mazzika, bringing the Beirut party vibe to Dubai.
Returning to Sass Café after a sell-out performance earlier this year, Joe will perform his top hits live, such as “Habibet albi” and “Sayerlo.”
Joe’s career has seen him release five top studio albums and throw renowned parties at his club, Casino, in Beirut.
You can expect this Arabic night at Sass Cafe to give you glimpses of exceptional regional talent in the UAE every month, so stay tuned.
