#DXBExperiments Presents: The Cinema, which launches on the Oct 30, 2017 at Le Royal Meriden Beach Resort and Spa, Dubai. The Cinema will be showing the greatest films from the last three generations in an open air setting with a private bar and a menu of interactive cinema snacks.
#DXBExperiments is a new consumer concept of pop-ups that will be activated in Dubai with The Cinema as the first of a three-part pop-up series.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from the Oct 30 –Dec 26, 2017, The Cinema will bring to life the emotions you felt when you first watched epic films such as Casablanca or Withnail and I. The Season has three main themes: Monday – Leading Actors; Wednesday – Cult Movies; Saturday – World Cinema.
The release states that the inspiration for #DXBExperiments Presents: The Cinema, is those shared moments and powerful memories that are created by sensory experiences.
To attend and watch any of the 27 movies, entry is completely free on a first come first served basis. For those wishing to make a full evening of the occasion, in partnership with Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa Dubai, their five signature restaurants are serving up pre-theatre menus. If you reserve these menus via the hotel we will hold your seat until 7:45pm.
Selected Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa Dubai restaurants will be serving up a pre-theatre dinner menu that can be ordered exclusively on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for a three course set menu for 150 AED or a 2 course set menu for 120 AED, both served with a specially created Glenfiddich cocktail.
How to get tickets?
To book a seat at #DXBExperiments Presents: The Cinema, call and reserve a table at Maya Modern Mexican Kitchen + Lounge, Geales, Zengo, Al Khaima or Rhodes Twenty10 for dinner to reserve your spot. For those who would like to head straight to the film, the seating is free on a first come first served basis.
