Heading to Eat The World DXB next month? Silly question, of course you are.
With 25 international food traders on site, navigating your way through that vast space of deliciousness without missing out on vital trucks is no easy feat. Luckily, we’ve rounded up the top four burgers that have elevated the humble comfort food dish to whole new heights.
Less stress means more eating, after all. You’re welcome.
1. The Soft Shell Crab Burger from Crabbie Shack
This food truck’s best seller is back for its second year running, comprising crispy Old Bay battered crab topped with chili coriander, pickled cucumber and wasabi mayo. As if that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, the London boys are also serving crispy fish burgers and an epic prawn number, too.
2. The Burg-Khalifa from The Roaderie
Because not all burgers are born equal, this beauty was created especially for Eat The World DXB. Fit for a Sheikh, this absolute whopper is stands five stories of wagyu beef high, with truffled cheese, seared foie gras, saffron mayo and sweet blackberry ketchup. If that wasn’t decadent enough for you, the brioche bun is topped with an edible 24ct gold leaf. Yes, really.
3. The Lord Rupert Brisket from The Bell & Brisket
Part bagel part burger – let’s call it a burgel – this dish was once voted 8th best in London alongside some Michelin-starred restaurants. Not bad, hey? Beef brisket is married with pickled cabbage, Dijon mayonnaise, melted cheddar cheese and gherkins, all sandwiched together in a fresh toasted bagel. Bon appetite!
Eat The World DXB takes place between February 23 – 26 at Burj Park.
