1. Tom & Serg’s Breakfast Menu
With an overhauled interior, Tom & Serg has added delicious new stuff to its breakfast menu, available ALL DAY.
New dishes to try: The New Benedict, BBQ braised veal, yuzu & apple chutney, shiso, shoots and banh mi toast (68AED), Fried eggs and grains with amaranth and whole grain millet. Non-egg-wise, you can dive right into Togarashi Seared Yellowfin tuna with pickled seaweed and ginger (gluten-free, 74AED).

Dinner
2. Carluccio’s fresh menu
The Italian chain has Executive Chef Christo Nortier at the helm this summer, who’s looking to combine Carluccio’s classics and new favourites for a fresh new menu.
New dishes to try: Seafood Skewers, Beef and Gorgonzola Salad and Provolone Fritti, the Stromboli [a take on the classic calzone pizza], Date, Nut and Honey Tart [sweet sticky dates and crunchy almonds, pistachios, pecans and walnuts].
Previously at Jamie’s Italian, London Nortier has the flavors pat down.

3. RIVA Ristorante, Bar and Beach’s seasonal menu
While they don’t have a new chef, they have relaunched their seasonal menus focusing on a different ingredient each month.
In September, the menu will be designed around plums.
New plum dishes to try: Grilled Heirloom Tomato and Plum Salad, Lamb Chops with a Rustic Plum Sauce or Sea Bream Fillet with Grilled Plum & Asparagus, and for dessert, Vanilla Panna Cotta with Plum Coulis.

4. The Sum of Us’ New Dinner Menu
The sum of Us are spicing things up with new additions from the land and waves for dinner, lunch and breakfast. There’s also a new set dinner menu, changing weekly, for only AED120 from 5pm on weekdays.
New dishes to try: Peppered pomegranate braised chicken pops (antibiotic and hormone-free, 49AED), Eggplant, date and chickpea tagine (55AED), and Ginger breeze steamed seabass (79AED).

5. Common Ground’s Dinner
Have breakfast at dinnertime with favourites and healthy alternatives. These delights are as good on the taste buds as they are on the abs.
New dishes to try: Acai Bowl (38AED), Raw Buddha Bowl of Goodness with beetroot linguini, apple cider vinaigrette, cauliflower and millet couscous with sesame, orange and super shoots, preserved lemon labneh (55AED), Warm Baharat Chicken Bowl with macadamia and herbed giant couscous, roast butternut squash and cream cheese (antibiotic and hormone-free, 77AED).

6. ICONS Coffee Couture’s new location and drinks
With their brand new location on Sheikh Zayed Road, this coffee shop with healthy options has added cool drinks a, healthy ice-cream bar and the World’s Most Expensive Coffee! Menu designed by former model and owner, Elena Weber, with German Executive Chef, Lara Allegra Lange.
New dishes to try: Sugar-free ice creams, delicious Mango or Strawberry flavored Fruity Cream Frappes, and ICONS very own FrozTeas©.

7. OKKU’s ‘World of Fondants’
Multi-award winning Japanese restaurant OKKU introduces an exquisite ‘World of Fondants’ dessert to their menu. The newly crafted selection of five fondants each carefully paired with an ice-cream or sorbet topped with gold leaf to accentuate and compliment the flavours of the fondants which makes for the perfect alternative to a celebration cake or purely to order as an indulgent sharing dessert with friends.
New dishes to try: Fondant flavors like Green tea paired coconut sorbet, berry matched with raspberry sorbet,white chocolate with a sweet honey ice-cream, a white and dark combination combined with velvety vanilla ice-cream and dark and white delight to be enjoyed with a rich dark chocolate ice-cream.
